Shastri Ramnath
President and CEO
Ms. Ramnath has been working in the exploration and mining industry for over 10 years having worked on projects in the United States, Nunavut, Manitoba, Ontario, Quebec, West Africa, and Chile. Her experience includes two years at Falconbridge Limited in Winnipeg, Canada and over eight years with the Exploration and Resource Group of FNX Mining (now Quadra FNX (TSX:QUX)) in Sudbury, Canada.
Ms. Ramnath has received a B.Sc. (Hons.) in Geology from the University of Manitoba, Canada in 1999 and subsequently earned an M.Sc. (Exploration Geology) from Rhodes University, South Africa in 2001. She is nearing completion of an MBA from Athabasca University, Canada.
H.R. Snyder
Chairman
Mr. Snyder has 52 years of experience in exploration, development, operations, administration and finance in the mining industry in southern Africa initially, and since 1970, in North America, Latin America, and Spain.
He currently sits on the Board of Bridgeport Ventures Ltd, where he is Chairman and one of its largest shareholders.
He has served as President and CEO of a number of Canadian senior and junior resource development companies, including Western Mines Ltd, Brinco Ltd., SouthernEra Resources, Fronteer Development Group, Frontera Copper Corp, and in addition to these companies, he has also served on the Boards of Goldcorp Ltd., and Rio Narcea Gold Mines.
Since 1986, Mr. Snyder has played a leading role in the incorporation and listing on Canadian Stock Exchanges of a number of junior exploration and development companies with international activities. Mr. Snyder has a Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Branch of Mining Geology) from the University of Witwatersrand, Johannesburg and a P.M.D. from Harvard University Business School. He is a member of the Canadian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy and the South African Geological Society.
Jon North, Ph.D., P.Geo.
Mr. North is a professional exploration geologist with 25 years of experience in mineral exploration world-wide.
Mr. North's primary field of expertise is in area selection and the application of the most appropriate methods of exploration in the early stages of project evaluation.In addition to his position as Director of the Board of Bridgeport Ventures, Mr. North is Chairman of the Board of Continental Nickel Limited (CNI - TSXV), a Director of the Board of New Dawn Mining Corp. (ND - TSX) and he is the founding Director and Chief Executive officer of Northquest Ltd. (NQ - TSXV).
Mr. North graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from the Geology Department of the University of Western Ontario in 1984 and went on to complete research on the distribution of metals in Proterozoic terrains leading to an M.Sc. from the Department of Earth Sciences at the Memorial University of Newfoundland in 1988, and a Ph.D. from the Geology Department of the University of Western Ontario in 1993.
Wolf K. Seidler
Mr. Seidler is currently a director of Baja Mining Corp (“TSX-BAJ) and is a past director of Inmet Mining Corp (TSX-IMN) and Frontera Copper Corp. Mr Seidler has over 40 years of international mining experience and has held senior executive positions at Normandy LaSource SAS, Quebec Cartier Mining (U.S.Steel), Inmet Mining Corp., J.S. Redpath Ltd., and senior operating positions at Teck Corporation and Gold Fields Mining Corp.
Graham Clow, C.A.
Mr. Clow, a Chartered Accountant, graduated from University College, University of London with a BSc Hons and is a member of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario and the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. Currently, and for the past five years, he has been the Chief Financial Officer of TSX listed New Dawn Mining Corp, and was previously Chief Financial Officer of SouthernEra Resources Limited, which was also listed on the TSX. In addition, Mr Clow has a wide range of business, accounting and taxation experience garnered while operating as a self employed licenced public accountant in Ontario.

Dr. Matthew Gray, Ph.D.,C.P.G.
Dr. Gray holds degrees from the Colorado School of Mines (B.Sc. Geological Engineering; Ph.D. Geology with Minor in Mineral Economics) and the University of Arizona (M.Sc. Geosciences). Dr. Gray is an A.I.P.G. Certified Professional Geologist and a Qualified Person as defined by CSA NI43-101. He has authored numerous CSA NI43-101 compliant Technical Reports for exploration and mine development projects.
His career spans 21 years, including 11 years of international exploration experience with Placer Dome and Cambior in the United States, Canada, Brazil, Chile, Ecuador, Papua New Guinea, and Mexico. He has extensive experience in project development and resource/reserve estimation. Dr. Gray is bilingual in English and Spanish and resides in Mexico. Dr. Gray is the President and co-founder of Resource Geosciences de Mexico (www.resourcegeosciences.com), a consulting firm providing technical, logistical, and administrative services to mining and exploration companies in the Americas.
